There is something about the Wedges and Swansea Bay because every time we come here is seems to rain. Today was no exception. In my opinion the course should have been closed but some people stuck it out and managed 18 holes.

I think that our winner must have been using golf balls designed by Barnes Wallace.

I didn't take my camera out on the course, nor did I attempt to launch my drone in the rain so the above photos are from within the clubhouse.

G Howells wins the best guest

Steve Wood got a two

Also with a two was Frank Webb

Bob Evans wins the members draw

I promised Barbara that I would get the website updated so I thought she might like to see a photo of her husband Clive Adams, then again she probably sees too much of him

Matthew Mittel and Rod Woodward wait for the presentation

The results for the day were:

1st: Paul Gregory - 39pts
2nd: Mike Parris - 35pts
3rd: Frank Webb - 34pts

Todays winner Paul Gregory is congratulated by Captain Steve Kane
